Well, things have been hectic at the Board level and ASD headquarters, with ballots coming and ballots going, digest printing and convention preparations on all our minds. But we're back at the keyboard for latest updates ...
Some great news we have to report is that we now have a list of Mad River Valley lodging establishments that have come up with discount packages for dowsers attending convention! So for those of you who don't find the Sugarbush condominiums to your liking, here are some alternatives. This is not a complete list, so we will be adding new information as our faithful volunteer gets it to us.
Our volunteer, Judy Conners, is a member of the Chittenden County Chapter of ASD. She reports that as she's calling the motel & inn owners, the proprietors of the B&Bs, they are delighted to be hearing from ASD. A great rapport is being created, and lines of communication, adding to the relationship already established between ASD & the Mad River Valley by the Convention Committee and Sugarbush personnel. The entire Mad River Valley of northern-central Vermont is delighted to be welcoming the dowsers in July - August. Thankyou, Judy, for all your efforts---they are paying off handsomely.
